The Golf outing will be held at Desmidts Golf Course on Sunday, June 12th 2011 with registration beginning at 8:00am and a shotgun start at 9:00 sharp. Teams will consist of 4 players while playing "scramble" style golf. Registration cost is $60 per person or $240 per team. This includes a cart, 18 holes of golf, free beer and soda while on the course and a chicken buffet after the tournament. Registration is limited to 18 teams so hurry! All teams can register with any Crivitz Firefighter or with Dennis at Fuzzy's Bar

GOLF SCRAMBLE
The Crivitz Fire Department will be holding a 4-person scramble at DeSmitdts Golf and Country Club on June 12th, 2011, and are asking for your help.
At this event, we will be taking donations for hole sponsors. Each hole will be marked showing your business name. A business card or logo would be appreciated upon entering a donation. The cost is 50.00. The proceeds will be benefiting the Crivitz Fire Department for fire awareness and future equipment and training expenses.
Your donations would be greatly appreciated. If interested you may send in the sponsor donation of 50.00 made out to Crivitz Firefighters Association, 1115 FJ St, by June 1st 2011. After the golf outing a thank you letter with a picture of your sponsor sign will be sent to you.
